Description

The TS32MMS64V6F is a 32M x 64bits Synchronous

Dynamic RAM high-density for PC-133. The

TS32MMS64V6F consists of 8pcs CMOS 32Mx8 bits

Synchronous DRAMs in SOC packages and a 2048 bits

serial EEPROM on a 144-pin printed circuit board. The

TS32MMS64V6F is a Dual In-Line Memory Module and

is intended for mounting into 144-pin edge connector

sockets.

Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with

the use of system clock. I/O transactions are possible

on every clock cycle. Range of operation frequencies,

programmable latencies allow the same device to be

useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance

memory system applications.

• Single 3.3V ± 0.3V power supply.

• MRS cycle with address key programs.

• All inputs are sampled at the positive going edge of

the system clock.
